1. To upload documents to the Debt Wise Program, click on the “Documents” Tab in the main applicant screen. This tab will list all your uploaded documents.
  2. To add a document to the list, click on the red “Upload File” button.

  1. A pop up window will appear.
  2. Click the “Browse” button to search for the file on your computer. Once located, click “Open” to add the file for upload.
  3. You can also add a description for the document by simply typing the description in the block provided.
  4. Once completed, press the red “Upload Document” button.

  1. The file will now appear in the list found under the Documents Tab.
  2. Press the green “Save Changes” button and you’re done.
