Our call centre is located in George at the hear of the Garden Route. We have got eight incoming lines as well as six different Internet connections to allow for a higher level of availability and uptime. Our support team is twelve members strong, offering a combination of telephone and remote support on both end user and technical support matters.
Although we provide telephone support, email remains our primary means of communications and providing support.
We are open from 08:00 to 16:30 weekdays and offer extended support hours in case of emergency.
We have got dedicated support agents that provide on-site training as well as support to regional areas. They are also available as direct contacts should you need assistance with Software or Process related matters.
We provide emergency after hours support in case of system failure, or other technical emergency.
We provide training and IT support for the Debt Wise Program and will assist you with any teething troubles you may experience. Our IT Team is constantly monitoring our servers network and the data rate of the internet to ensure you experience the best user experience possible.
