User Management

User Management – Step 1

  1. You can use the “User Management” Screen to update/Edit your details. There is two ways of getting there.
  2. Top Right Menu of the screen


  1. Bottom -> Options ->User Management


  1. When the “User Management” is clicked it will open a screen with a list of all users listed under the company. Click the green edit button on the right of the desired user that you would like to edit.


  1. On the edit screen you will see a list of Permissions and details which you can edit/update. Click an option name to expand and views settings.



User Management Options

  1. User Details
  2. ~First Name
  3. ~Surname
  4. ~Email – will be the login email for the Debt Wise Program
  5. ~Password – If left blank it will not change the password, please select something secure with a variation of letters and numbers if you do change the password.

  1. PDA folder access
  2. ~You can allow users certain permissions to view your branches if you have more than one.

  1. Special Functions
  2. ~User Chat Facility
  3. ~SMS Applicants Facility
  4. ~Email Applicants Facility
  5. ~Can alter applicants restructuring fee
  6. ~Can add PDA folders
  7. ~Can add users
  8. ~Send Proposals directly – enables the web service to send proposals directly to creditors (this feature is only available for specific creditors)
  9. ~Can add new creditor – when allocating applicant creditors if a creditor is not found, users may add the creditor to the global creditors database.
  10. ~Can Download Links – User can view and download Consumer Accounts, Creditor Schedules and Proof of Payments
  11. ~READ-ONLY access for applicants (will override all other settings)

  3. ~Applicant Budget Screen
  4. ~Applicant Process Screen
  5. ~Applicant Tracking Screen
  6. ~Applicant Backups Screen (Please note this permission should be handled with caution)

  2. ~Add New Applications
  3. ~Submit Applications for DC Fees
  4. ~Submit Applications to Distribution (will need to be finalized once submitted)
  5. ~Cancel Applications
  6. ~Request Application Returns from Distribution for Editing

  1. Application Documents
  2. Allows the user to view and create documents for the applicant.

Saving Changes

  1. If you are happy with you changes then you can simply click the green “Save Changes” button at the top left of the screen or if no changes were made the you can return to the list of users by clicking the blue “Back to List” button.


  1. From the “User Management” screen you can add more users


  1. You can also search by clicking on the table header or with the search bar on top right of User Management window.


What you have searched will be highlighted in yellow.
